The product return form details:
Any return of the products allowed under the terms and conditions mentioned below and are in accordance with the romanian law O.U.G. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts with professionals and amending and supplementing certain acts:
Standard products (not personalized) subject to online orders can be returned without giving any reason within a period of 14 days from receipt thereof; before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer is entitled to withdraw from this contract without having to justify the decision to withdraw without incurring any costs other than those provided in Article 13 paragraph (3) and Article 14 of GEO no.34 / 2014 within 14 days starting from the day they enter the physical possession of the product. Return costs are borne by the consumer. We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect product integrity.
The returned product must be in the same condition it was delivered; the consumer is responsible only in terms of reducing the value of products resulting from their handling different from what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and their functioning, according to art. 14, para. 3 of law OUG 34/2014.
PIATRAONLINE will refund your purchase within 14 calendar days since the arrival of returned product(s) in Rockstar warehouse. Customer must provide a valid bank account for refund
PIATRAONLINE may delay refund of the product to receive the product sold or until receipt of proof to which it was sent, where PIATRAONLINE not offered to recover himself product (it will take the most recent date).
