How do I place an order
You can order online through PIATRAONLINE.com, but also by phone at +40318.222.333 or by e-mail at export@piatraonline.com.
If you are facing difficulties while ordering, try using another browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. The product which you want to order may be found using the search bar or straight on the product’s page. By pressing the “ADD TO CART” button, the product will automatically be transferred to your shopping cart which can be found in the top right corner of the product page.
Once you added all the products you want to order to the cart, you may continue the buying process by pressing the “My Cart” button in the top right corner. There you may check that all the products you want are found in the cart in the right quantity. You will find there the “FINISH ORDER” button. Press this button in order to be transferred to a new page.
Last step! Filling out the form with billing information and choosing the payment method.
After filling out the form and pressing the “PLACE ORDER” button, one of our Call Center representatives will give you a call in the shortest possible time.
How to order by phone?
By calling our Call Center Department +40318.222.333 . A sales agent will pick up your order and guide you through.
How to order by e-mail?
You may also send your order via e-mail at export@piatraonline.com. The e-mail order must respect the following format:
E-mail Subject: the words “New order” followed by your name.
E-mail contents:
1. Name and quantity from the ordered product(s)
2. Your First and Last Name. For invoice, please specify Company Name, followed by name and ID of company’s representative
3. National Identification Number
4. Phone number
5. Payment method (bank transfer)
6. City / Region
7. Shipping Address
8. Comments
How to order in showroom?
If you can also visit our showroom, where a sales assistant will guide you throughout the entire buying process. You have a shopping list available at the front desk, if you want to write down the products you wish to order. For orders placed in our showroom, you have the next payment options: cash at the front desk, according to our Terms and Conditions, by bank transfer or online payment, by card (debit or credit).
