Stock and orders:
The products available in our warehouse are highlighted with the words “In stock”. In case the product is not currently in stock, it will be highlighted with “Preorder”, while stock will be replenished as soon as possible. It is recommended to get in touch with a sales consultant (Call Center – +40318.222.333) for an exact delivery date. If you choose to preorder you need to pay a 40% advance of the order’s total. The rest of the amount must be paid when the product is delivered to our warehouse. The order will be delivered only after being fully paid by bank transfer to ROCK STAR CONSTRUCT.
Important! In the case of preordering you can choose special sizes, thicknesses and even materials, based on the ordered quantity. For further details you may contact a Sales Department consultant.
Tip! More than 90% of the products displayed on our website are in stock and we have more than 150.000 square meters of products in our warehouse. However, exceptional circumstances may occur for specific products and it might be possible to find it “out of stock”, as sales are extremely fast.
If you want to make sure your product remains in stock you may pay in advance, or you have the option of online payment by card, in order to secure your order.
